Customers may be eligible for the following discounts:

• Burglar and/or fire alarms
• Sprinkler systems
• Newer homes
• Claims-free experience
• Age 50-plus
• Home renovation – Heating/Electrical
• Home renovation – Plumbing
• Affinity

• Availability to insure at 80% of value on a replacement cost policy
• Extended replacement cost can be increased to 150%, meaning the customer may receive up to 50% above dwelling limit in the event of a covered loss
• Up to $1 million in liability coverage
• Limits of $5,000, $15,000 and $25,000 for Sewer and Drain coverage
• Homes with flat roofs are acceptable

These endorsements provide the customer the opportunity to choose a package of multiple optional coverages, including extensive Identity Theft and related expenses coverage. Endorsement packages add value to the policy at an attractive price.
