Packages and policies

Foremost DISTINCTCHOICE Manufactured Home program offers two package choices. The Plus package includes coverage for Personal Property, Other Structures and Personal Liability. It is one of the most comprehensive policies on the market. Your customers can tailor the Plus policy by selecting from many available optional coverages.

For customers who want more coverage, the Platinum package offers a superior value. It includes Replacement Cost coverage on the dwelling, other structures and personal property, and an Additional Coverage endorsement that includes higher limits on Loss Assessment, Ordinance or Law and Emergency Removal of Personal Property.

 

Expanded underwriting

Customers with problem animals, customers with specific structures that don't qualify for coverage, and homes on farms or ranches can now qualify for a policy with DISTINCTCHOICE Manufactured Home.

 

Optional endorsements

We've added optional endorsements for Personal Injury, Water Damage Sewer and Drain, and Incidental Business Coverage .

 

No deductible on a total loss

If your customer suffers a covered total loss to their home, no deductible will apply to their settlement.

 
Agreed Loss Provision

In the case of covered total loss, there's no guessing at claim time. We'll pay the full amount of insurance, less any applicable deductible.

 

Optional Replacement Cost Coverage

Pays up to 120 percent, of Coverage-A Dwelling for if your home is destroyed. Replacement Cost Coverage is available for the dwelling, personal property and for other unattached structures.

 
Debris Removal

Foremost pays 5% of the Amount of Insurance for Coverage-A Dwelling or $5000, whichever is greater.

 

Golf Cart Coverages

Provides coverage for both physical damage and liability for golf carts not designed or modified to be licensed and/or registered for road use.
